Oh boy. This is it!

We’re delighted you want to have your lenses fitted in your brand-new glasses frame. To get the ball rolling, use the form below so we can order your lenses.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Some things just aren’t meant to be. Sorry about that.

If you’d like to return your glasses, please use our returns form and follow the steps so we know who you are, what your ordered and the reasons for your return.

This way we can process your return and refund you more quickly.

DESTINATIONS

Currently our “Worldwide” delivery countries include the majority of destinations worldwide.

If your country isn’t listed and you would like to purchase a Banton Frameworks product please contact us and we shall do our best to facilitate your order.

 

TRACKING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the order being placed and will supply you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time.

If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us stating your name and order number and we’ll facilitate you with your order tracking number.

Once you have this number, you can check the delivery status of your order via the Royal Mail parcel tracker.

All orders ship directly from our workshop. If your parcel cannot be delivered for any reason we can arrange for a re-delivery or refund. Please be aware we will charge you for handling and shipping for re-deliveries.

 

TAXES

Please note that all shipping is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches it’s destination country.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid.) Customers outside the EU are exempt from UK value added tax when shopping on our site.

DESPATCH SCHEDULE

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK only)

If you live in the UK and require your parcel sooner, please select the Express Delivery option at checkout. Express Delivery orders are shipped with priority and will be despatched either same day or within 1 working day.

If our workshop is closed for events such as holidays, weather related closure or workshop maintenance, then Express Delivery items shall be shipped upon our return with priority. If you’re uncertain of these events, please contact us for assurance.

Express Delivery will use a courier service or a Royal Mail 1st Class, Tracked & Signed For service.

 

ECONOMY DELIVERY

Any order with economy delivery will be shipped as soon as possible, within 1 working day, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Economy postage will use a courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery if within the UK.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery times below are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Banton Frameworks is not responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance process.

ECONOMY DELIVERY TIME

  • UK: 2-3 working days
  • EU: 5-7 working days
  • ROW: 5-7 working days

All orders will be sent tracked and signed for where applicable.

 

I SENT MY FRAME FOR LENS FITTING, WHERE IS IT?

This process can take a while depending on your prescription.

If you have a particularly high prescription your lenses may take up to 10 days to process. However, generally we aim to turnaround your prescription fitting within 5-7 days of receiving your frame back from you.

If your lens fitting has taken longer than 12 days, please get in touch for a status enquiry.
