For UK returns
Please note: not all items are eligible for free returns. Any items purchased in conjunction with an offer i.e. complimentary lenses, discounted, voucher codes etc are to be returned at cost of the customer.
Certain items may not be eligible for a free return. For example, accessories or sale items may have to be returned at the cost of the customer.
Simply complete the A4 paper returns form provided with your order and repack your frame inside its original packaging. If no returns form has been provided, please just include a note of your name and order number and state how you wish for us to deal with your order. i.e.; adjustment, exchange or refund.
Using a tracked mail service (retaining a receipt as proof of postage) please return your order to the address below.

Repeat returns
If you repeatedly purchase and return items over a 12 month period you will be charged a restocking fee. This is applicable to cover the shipment, returns and processing fees of your order. This can be up to £10.95 shipping fees + 2.2% of the total value of the order.
You will not be be eligible for our "Free UK Shipping & Returns" service until the 12 month period has lapsed. This is to reduce the costs involved of transport and processing of orders that do not result in sale of items.
Rest of world returns
If you're based outside the UK, you have two options to return your order for a refund.
To begin, please complete the A4 paper returns form provided with your order and repack your items in their original packaging.
Option 1. UPS Return Service. This is a paid returns service, but avoids further customs fees. Email us at info@bantonframeworks.co.uk and we can arrange your postage label for you.
Option 2. Tracked courier of your choice. Please mark your package as Returned Goods to avoid further customs fees. Failure to do so may incur a deduction from your refund. Retain your receipt as proof of postage.
