Standard postal services don't provide sufficient cover for the full value of our frames.

We therefore apply a small value-based shipping surcharge to orders, which helps cover the additional cost and risk of sending higher-value shipments — including purchasing additional third-party shipping cover where necessary.

The surcharge is calculated as a percentage of your order value, so customers ordering a single frame pay considerably less than those asking us to ship several frames at once.
