How do I add prescription lenses to my order?
You don't.
All our orders are shipped with prescription lens fitting information contained within the parcel.
All you need to do is order the frame first. Then you'll recieve info on how to add/pay for lenses later.
When/how are prescription lenses fitted?
All frames are shipped WITHOUT prescription lenses fitted, unless you provide prior instruction to do so. (Feel free to email and ask).
All frames are shipped with details about returning for lens fitting in the packaging. This is where you can provide details of the lenses you would like; current prescription etc.
Outside the UK?
International shipping costs £12.95 GBP.
This is a tracked delivery service by Royal Mail. Can take up 14 working days to be delivered.
International returns are made at your own expense and must be marked as “return for refund” for customs & duty purposes.
Failure to do so may result in a reduced refund total. Items must be returned with 14days of delivery.
Prescription
lenses for international orders are normally fitted prior to shipment.
However, as prescription lenses are non-refundable you may prefer to
have them fitted locally. Therefore, select "frame only" when ordering
your glasses.
Who are Lensology?
They are our lens fitting partner. All the details on how to order your lenses from them are included with every frame.
Can I get my frames fitted with prescription elsewhere?
Certainly, most local opticans will fit frames like ours without any issue at all. Even highstreet chain stores too. Best to phone and ask first to be sure.
