Prescription Lens Fitting

How do I return my frame for lens fitting?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

How long will it take to fit my prescription?

This very much depends on your prescription.

Single vision: 5-7 working days

Varifocals: 10-14 working days

 

Are there any fees for lens fitting?

If you have already added lenses to your order when purchasing your frame there are no extra fees. If you selected "frame-only" when ordering we will get in touch to help you add lenses to your order. 

 

I have bought a few pairs of glasses, I'd like to get lenses fitted in one and return the rest.

If you have ordered a few pairs please process your return using the form above. Select "lens fitting" as the reason for return on the frame you'd like and return the rest.

 

I'm not based in the UK, can you fit lenses for me?

Normally we get in touch prior to shipping as to whether or not you would have your prescription lenses pre-fitted. However, if this is not the case please get in touch and we will offer some advice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds 

Are there any charges for a return?
The cost of a return will be £4.40 exVAT this will be deducted from your refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item was ordered using Klarna the cost of shipping and return will be payable to Klarna.

The customer is responsible for the charges associated shipping.

 

I'm based outside the UK, how do I return an item?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide shipping labels to customers outside the UK. If you wish to return items from outside the UK you will have to organise shipment via a third party. 

 

What items can be returned for a refund?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition, i.e. include demo lenses
No scratches on surfaces the frame or lenses
In the original packaging.

Promotional items are not returnable.

 

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
