When you order you new glasses from us you will receive a prescription
form identical to the one below. You will need to complete this
form with the details from your recent visit to your Optician.

Long Sighted Prescription

The + in the “Sph” column means that you have issues seeing things close up

 

Short Sighted Prescription

The - in the “Sph” column means that you have issues seeing things in the distance

 

Bi-Focal and Varifocal Prescription

Bi-Focal Varifocal Prescription lenses example
The Near “Add +1.50” indicates that you require different prescriptions for distance and reading. We don’t currently offer Bi-focal or Varifocal lenses, however, we can provide single vision for either your distance or your reading prescriptions
