REPAIRS/WARRANTY

Faults covered by warranty

We’re trying to make some of the best eyewear on the market, so if something goes wrong, we feel like we’ve let you down. We will repair any manufacturing faults free of charge, or issue you with a credit note for the equivalent cost of the product. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs.

As the manufacture of our products we are well versed in what constitutes a manufacturing fault compared to customer misuse of the product. It is to Banton Frameworks LTD’s discretion as to where a repair or refund is applicable under warranty. However, we will try our best to help wherever possible.

Get in touch with us and we’ll deal with your issue as soon as possible

Wear/Tear&Breakages

Please note that normal wear and tear does not constitute a manufacturing fault. I.e. scratched lenses, scuffed frame or temples etc.

Glasses are quite fragile, and usually subjected to a lot of abuse. Therefore, we will try an help as much as possible in the case of a breakage.
