Where is my order?
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email update letting you know when it has left our workshop. Expected delivery time is between 3-5days.
I sent my frame for prescription lens fitting, where is it?
This process can take a while dependent on your prescription. If you have a particularly high prescription your lenses may take up to 10days to produce. However, generally we aim to turnaround your prescription fitting within 5-7days of receiving your frame back.
How do I return my frame?
Sometimes, things just aren't meant to be. Use this link to make a return.
My order is incorrect or damaged, what should I do?
If there are any issue at all with your order contact us and we’ll deal with it as quickly as possible.
What warranty do you provide?
All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty which is valid for 1year from date of purchase. Full details can be found here

How do I get my prescription fitted in my new Banton Frameworks glasses frame?
The process is simple:
Add your prescription details when ordering your frame. If you already have your frame and would like it glazed retrospectively they can be ordered here
Once you are ready to get your frame fitted with lenses, return it to us for glazing using our freepost label included with your frame (or downloaded if ordered retrospectively).
Once we receive your frame it will be glazed and the returned to you. The expected turnaround time for this is: 5-7days.

I’m based outside the UK, how do I get my prescription fitted?
We can fit your prescription, however, the try-on process is not available overseas customers. Therefore, your prescription will have to be fitted prior to shipment. Prescription lenses are non-refundable as they are custom to you. So the best option for overseas customers would be: to purchase the frame from us and take it to your local optician for lens fitting.
I need Bifocals/varifocals. Can you you fit them?

How do I get my prescription?
You are legally entitled to receive a copy of your prescription from your Optician. This can be obtained after your 2 yearly visit for a check up. Most Opticians will also provide you with a copy if you have lost yours.
