Sometimes things just aren't meant to be.
If your frame doesn't suit we'll happily exchange it for another or a refund if returned within 14 days.
If you add lenses to you basket; your frame arrive for try-on first. When you're 100% happy the frame suits send it off and your prescription will be fitted. Or if you aren't happy return it to us and we'll refund the frame and the lens package.
